| 摘 要： | 目的分析两种三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染成本-效果。方法选取145例HP感染的消化道溃疡患者，随机分为A、B两组，A组服用奥美拉唑、B组服用兰索拉唑，两组均同时服用阿莫西林和甲硝唑，于治疗结束后观察疗效，并进行成本-效果分析。结果两种治疗方案的愈合率（E1）及HP根除率（E2）无差异，成本-效果分析及敏感度分析显示，B组药品成本C／E1、C／E2低于A组，且差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论兰索拉唑联合阿莫西林和甲硝唑治疗HP感染有效、经济、安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the cost-effectiveness of two kinds of triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori （HP）. Methods One hundred and forty-five HP infection patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into group A and B. Patients in group A were administrated with omeprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole. Patients in group B were administrated with lansoprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole. On the end of the treatment, cost-effectiveness was analyzed. Results The healing rate （El） and HP eradication rate （E2） were no difference in two groups. The cost-effectiveness analysis and sensitivity analysis showed that C/E1 and C/E2 in group B were lower than those in group A （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Lansoprazole combined with amoxicillin and metronidazole is an efficient, economical and safer treatment for Helicobacter pylori infection. |
