长春瑞滨致输液性静脉炎防治的临床研究分析

目的探讨长春瑞滨静脉途径给药时所致静脉炎的有效预防措施和护理策略。方法检索重庆维普数据库和清华同方中国知网（CNKI）数据库的临床研究文献，总结和分析长春瑞滨致输液性静脉炎的预防和护理方法。结果筛选出的44篇报道长春瑞滨输注相关性静脉炎的预防和护理文献中，33篇采取以浅静脉给药联合地塞米松为基础的预防方案，其静脉炎平均发生率为11．9％；11篇为以输液装置给药联合地塞米松为基础的预防方案，其中深静脉置管为主的预防方案未见静脉炎发生。44篇文献中涉及护理干预的为16篇。结论深静脉置管途径给予长春瑞滨联合地塞米松并同时实施护理干预能有效降低长春瑞滨所致静脉炎的发生。

Analysis of the clinical research concerning prevention and treatment of infusion phlebitis induced by vinorelbine

Objecive To investigate the effectively preventive measures and care strategies of infusion phlebitis induced by vinorelbine. Methods The clinical research literatures searched from Chongqing VIP and Tsinghua Tongfang China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） databases were cited and analyzed to find preventive measures and care strategies of infusion phlebitis induced by vinorelbine. Results Total of 44 literatures were screened out, among which there were 33 literatures based on dexamethasone by intravenous administration for prevention regimes, and the average occurrence rate of phlebitis was 11.9%. There were 11 literatures based on dexamethasone combined with deep venous catheter and improving infusion device for primary prevention measures, and the occurrence rate of phlebitis was 0% by the measure of deep venous catheter. There were only 16 of 44 literatures involving nursing intervention. Conclusion By using vice deep venous catheter combined with dexamethasone and nursing intervention, the occurrence rate of phlebitis induced by vinorelbine can be effectively reduced.
