基本药物制度对我院门诊口服抗高血压药物使用影响

目的分析基本药物制度推出对我院门诊口服抗高血压药物使用情况的影响。方法采用回顾性方法，对我院2011年第一季度和2012年第一季度门诊口服抗高血压药物上要使用品种、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）和药物利用指数（DUI）等进行统计分析。结果基本药物制度的推出对口服抗高血压药物的丰要使用品种基本没有改变。同步性较好的品种比例增加（由55．56％增加到65．00％）。药品的DDC呈稳中有降的趋势。DUI值≤2．0的药物比例增加（由55．56％增加到85．00％）。结论基本药物制度的推出有望减轻医院门诊高血压患者的经济负担，口服抗高血压药物利用将进一步趋于合理。

Effect of the regulation for essential medicine on oral antihypertensive drugs used in outpatients

Objective To study the effect of utilization and tendency of oral antihypertensive drugs in outpatients after implement of the regulation for essential medicine. Methods By retrospective analysis, the utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital during the period from January to March of both 2011 and 2012 were analyzed statistically in terms of drug category, consumption sum, DDDs, DDC, and drug utilization index （DUI）. Results The leading variety of oral antihypertensive drugs was no change after implement of the regulation for essential medicine. The proportion of drugs showed a better synchronicity was increased from 55.56% to 65.00%. The DDC was descended. The percentage of drug with DUI≤2.0 was increased from 55.56% to 85.00%. Conclusion The economic burden of hypertension patients was alleviated after putting the regulation for essential medicine in force. It will further optimize the rational use of oral antihypertensive drugs.
