| 摘 要： | 目的观察促肝细胞生长素联合甘利欣治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法60例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各30例。对照组给甘利欣及常用护肝药物治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联用促肝细胞生长素120mg／d，疗程均为60d。观察肝功能及血清肝纤维化指标变化情况。结果治疗组治疗结束时血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、总胆红素（TBil）较对照组明显降低（P〈0．01）；血清白蛋白（Alb）较对照组升高（P〈0．01）；血清透明质酸（HA）、层黏连蛋白（LN）、Ⅳ型胶原（IVC）、Ⅲ型前胶原（PCⅢ）治疗结束时均较对照组降低（P＜0．01）。结论促肝细胞生长素联合甘利欣是一种治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效方法。
