岭南地区207例胸痹患者冠脉造影结果与舌象关系分析

目的:研究岭南地区冠心病患者舌象及舌下脉特点,并与冠脉造影(Coronary Angiography,CAG)结果进行分析,探讨冠心病中医舌象与冠状动脉的相关性。方法:观察来自广东省的207例胸痹患者中医证候、舌象、舌下脉,Jud-k ins法冠脉造影检查,并将结果进行对比。结果:冠心病组与冠脉正常组相比,心血瘀阻证及痰浊壅塞证明显增多,舌紫黯、舌苔厚者明显增多。舌紫暗比例有随病变支数增加而增加的趋势,其中多支病变组的比例明显高于冠脉正常组。冠心病组舌下脉扭曲较冠脉正常组明显增多,且随病变支数增加而明显增加。多支病变的比例明显高于冠脉正常组。舌下脉积分的这种变化更为明显。结论:岭南胸痹患者证候以痰瘀为多,舌象改变与冠脉病变程度具有相关性。

Analysis of CAG Result and Tongue Examination of 207 Chest Bi -syndrome Cases from South of the Five Ridges

Objective:To study the relationship between coronary angiography(CAG) result and tongue examination of chest bi-syndrome cases from south of the Five Ridges.Methods:207 inpatients had tougue examination. The relationship between CAG result and tongue examination were analyzed.Results:Compare cases without Coronary Artery Disease(CAD),cases with CAD had higher ratio of blood stasis and obstructive phlegm syndrome,higher ratio of dark purple tongue and thick tongue coat,higher ratio of sublingual vessel dwell and dwell index.Conclusion:CAD cases from south of the Five Ridges is mainly with blood stasis and obstructive phlegm syndrome.The severity of coronary artery and tongue examination have relativity.
