| 摘 要： | 目的为总结冠状动脉介入术中监测的经验。方法1996年11月至1999年7月在我科作冠状动脉介入术共413例患者,回顾性总结术中的压力及心电监测等结果。结果1例广泛心肌梗死反复发生室颤经多次除颤后未能抢救成功死亡,造影剂反应15例,严重心律失常(心脏停搏、室性心动过速、心室颤动)17例,低血压6例,导管打折2例,经相应处理后好转。结论冠状动脉介入术有风险,但只要做好术前准备,术中注意压力及心电等监测指标的变化,及时找出原因,积极处理,就能保证手术安全进行。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences in the procedures of coronary artery intervention. Methods From Nov. 1996 to July 1999, 413 cases underwent coronary artery intervention and retrospectively summarised blood pressure and electrocardiograph and procedures in the procedures of coronary artery intervention. Results There are one case died of repteative ventricular fibrillation with extensive myocardial infarction, 15 cases cardiografin allergic reactions, 17 cases severe arrhythmia (including myocardiac arrest ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation), 6 cases hypopiesis and 2 cases catheter broken, but all those had good results with properly treatment. Conclusion There are risks in the procedures of coronary artery intervention, but the procedures are safe if the preparations before operation were properly done and the change of the blood pressure and electrocardiograph were care of and prmptly treat those occurences. |
