老年妇科疾病289例分析

目的 探讨老年妇科疾病的临床特征，手术治疗和围手术期处理有关问题。方法 对1993年1月至2002年12月本院收治的老年妇科病人289例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 资料显示老年妇科疾病中以子宫脱垂伴／或阴道壁膨出(34．26％)和生殖器恶性肿瘤(24．91％)最常见。58．13％(168例)病人合并有心血管疾病和糖尿病，术后有发生心衰，切口愈合不良等并发症。275例手术治疗患者均安全度过围手术期。结论 根据老年妇科疾病的临床特征进行早期诊断，术前充分准备，对合并症积极控制，选择适宜的术式和麻醉，术中、术后加强监护，大多数老年妇科病人能恢复健康。

Analysis of 289 cases of Gynecologic Disease in senile women

Objective To investigate the clinic characteristics and related issue about surgical treatment and treatment in perioperative period of senile gynecologic disease.Methods 289 cases of senile gynecologic disease in our hospital between January 1993 with December 2002 were analyzed retrospective.Results The data showed that in common gynecologic disease for elder women were genital prolapse(34.26%) and malignant tumor(24.91%),In total 289 cases, 58.13% patients had complications such as cardiovascular diseases and Diabetes Post-operative complication such as heart failure and poor healing of the wound had been observed.275 cases of surgical patients had all safely undergone the perioperative period.Conclusions The most of senile gynecologic patients would find their health as long as there were effective early diagnosis depending on the clinic characteristics senile gynecologic diseases, full preparation before operation?actively controlling the complication, selecting appropriate methods and anesthesia and intensive care in-operation and post-operation.
