摘    要:目的:探讨UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣定量分析仪在脑脊液标本细胞计数中的可行性。方法:选择219例脑脊液标本,分别用UF—1000i全自动尿沉渣定量分析仪和手工计数法对脑脊液中的有核细胞和红细胞进行定量比对。结果:UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣定量分析仪对脑脊液中的有核细胞及红细胞的检测具有良好的重复性.与手工计数法相比,有良好的相关性。结论:采用UF—1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪进行脑脊液细胞计数相比手工计数准确度高、可比性强,且快捷简便。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility of UF-1000i urinary sediment automatic analyzer in cerebrospinal fluid cell counting. Methods The karyocytes and red blood cells in the cerebrospinal fluid were counted by UF-1000i urinary sediment automatic analyzer and manually. Results The results by UF-1000i urinary sediment automatic analyzer were repeatable and correlated when compared with those by manual operation. Conclusion UF-1000i urinary sediment automatic analyzer behaves better in precision, comparability and convenience than manual operation.Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2014,35 (2) : 79-80]
