| 摘 要： | 目的探讨简易膀胱冲洗法对膀胱内血块清除的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析52例反复膀胱内淤血患者的临床资料。肛管、前列腺电切镜、电动负压吸引器和Ellik联合使用,对膀胱内淤血患者进行血块清除,术后用恒温生理盐水进行持续膀胱冲洗。结果血块均顺利清除,前列腺电切镜检查均顺利进行,术后复发率低。结论简易膀胱冲洗法安全、可行,能够有效地清除膀胱内血块,且术前、术后差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,术后的并发症更少。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effects of simplified bladder irrigation in eliminating bladder blood clots.Methods Retrospective study of 52 cases of bladder blood clot.Adopt simplified bladder irrigation eliminate blood clots in the bladder,after the technique,the constant temperature physiological saline was used for continuous bladder irrigation.Results Blood clots were successfully eliminated,cystoscopy were carried out smoothly,the recurrence rate of blood clots was lower than conventional methods.Conclusion Simplified bladder irrigation can effectively and safely eliminate blood clots within the bladder,it was significantly improved compared with conventional methods(P<0.05). |
