自动痔疮套扎术治疗轻中度痔疮的临床疗效分析

目的探讨自动痔疮套扎术治疗轻、中度痔疮的临床疗效。方法选取轻、中度痔疮患者600例,分为两组,其中观察组310例,给予自动痔疮套扎治疗,对照组290例,给予微波辐射治疗。对两组患者治疗效果、治疗时间、创面愈合时间、发生出血、水肿以及复发者进行统计并比较。结果观察组患者治愈率明显高于对照组;观察组治疗时间及创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组;术后发生出血、水肿以及复发者均明显少于对照组。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对轻、中度痔疮患者采用自动痔疮套扎术治疗安全有效。

Automatic hemorrhoids ligation in the treatment of mild or moderate hemorrhoids

Objective To investigate the clinical effect for automatic hemorrhoids ligation in the treatment of mild or moderate hemorrhoids.Methods 600 cases with mild or moderate hemorrhoids were chosen,and they were randomly divided into comparable groups.The observation group was of 310 cases,which were given automatic hemorrhoids ligation.The control group of 290 cases was given microwave radiation treatment.The treatment effect,treatment time,wound healing time,recurrence of bleeding and edema were taken for statistics and comparison.Results The cure rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The treatment time and wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group.The postoperative hemorrhage,edema and recurrence caught in the observation group were significantly less than the control group.The above indicators in the differences between the two groups were clear and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with mild or moderate hemorrhoids ligation took the treatment of hemorrhoids using automatic,was safe and effective.
