| 摘 要： | 目的：对喉蛾散的药效作用进行药理实验观察。方法：对小鼠采用局部用药和全身用药相结合的给药途径，进行炎症、解热、镇痛和急性毒性实验。结果：实验数据显示，喉蛾散有良好的抗炎作用，解热作用见效快，维持时间长，而镇痛作用不明显，药物急性毒性作用极小。结论：喉蛾散具有较好的抗炎及解热作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To take the pharmacological experiments and observations of the medical effect of Houesan. Methods: Mice were given the medicine by the way partically and systemically. Perform the experiments in inflammation, relieving the heat of fever, lightening pain and acute poison. Results: The experimental data indicates the Houesan has favorable effects on resisting inflammation and relieving the heat of fever. It takes effect quickly and contains long time while it has less effect on lightening pain, and its acute poison is tiny. Conclusion: Houesan has preferable effects on resisting inflammation and relieving the heat of fever. |
