| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠、活性炭和中药防风对小鼠河豚毒素经口中毒的拮抗作用。方法:用小鼠死亡时间和死亡率评价碳酸氢钠等化合物拮抗河豚毒素效果。结果:碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠、活性炭和中药防风可使小鼠50%～100%存活(P<0.01)。氢氧化钠拮抗效果比碳酸氢钠、活性炭和中药防风明显。中药与氢氧化钠、中药与碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠与碳酸氢钠混合后,小鼠存活率均低于单独使用。结论:碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠、活性炭和中药防风对小鼠河豚毒素经口中毒均有明显的拮抗作用。混合使用不如单独使用拮抗效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the antagonistic effects of NaHCO 3 ,etc.to oral TTX poisoning in mice.Methods:Mice death time and death ra tes were determined after gavage with TTX and some compounds.Results:NaHCO 3 ,NaOH,activated charcoal and Fangfeng(a sort of Chinese herb)had markedl y antagonistic effects to oral TTX poisoning in mice,and saved the mice life fr om50%to100%(P<0.05,or P<0.01).The antagonistic effect of Na OH to oral TTX poisoning was better than that of NaHCO 3 ,activated charcoal and Fangfeng.It had no significant additive effect to mixe herb with NaOH or NaHCO 3 or NaOH with NaHCO 3 to treat oral TTX poisoning.Conclusion:NaOH,NaHCO 3 ,activated charcoal and Fangfeng could be used to treat oral TTX poisoning separately. |
