沿海发达地区农民工医疗保障意愿及影响因素分析

采用多阶段随机抽样、系统抽样相结合,调查沿海发达地区农民工医疗保障意愿,并采用Logit模型分析影响该地区农民工参保意愿的因素。结果表明该地区农民工医疗保障意愿低,他们的参保意愿受家庭人均月收入、对医保的态度、两周内是否患病以及是否参与农民工医保以外的医疗保险等因素的影响。因此,地方政府应注重农民工个体差异,通过加强健康宣传教育及政策宣传力度,提高农民工医疗保障意识。

Analyzing the desire on medical insurance of coastal migrant rural workers and its influencing factors

Multi-stage random sampling and systematic sampling were used to survey the desire on medical insurance of coastal migrant rural workers.And its influencing factors were analyzed by Logistic regression.The results showed that these coastal migrant rural workers had low demand of medical insurance,which was influenced by factors of per capita monthly income,attitude towards medical insurance,two-week morbidity,and whether having other medical insurance except migrant workers’ medical insurance.It was suggested that the local government should intensify health education and propagation on migrant rural workers,and combine with their individual differences to improve their awareness of health insurance.
