精神分裂症的发病与生活事件和社会支持的相关性分析

目的 了解生活事件和社会支持与精神分裂症的关系。方法 采用生活事件和社会支持量表作评定工具,对200例精神分裂症与32例心境障碍和200例正常人进行对照研究。结果 精神分裂症患者负性和独立性生活事件的频度及LEU总值均显著高于正常人组,社会支持量表分明显低于正常人组。而与心境障碍组比较无显著差异。结论 生活事件和社会支持不足与精神分裂症的发病密切相关。

A study of correlates between schizophrenia,life events and social support

Objective To examine the correlates between schizophrenia, life event and social support. Methods 200 schizophrenics and 32 mood disorders and 200 normal controls were rated by life events scale and social support scale. Results The number of negative and independence life events and the life events unit were found to be significantly higher in patients with schizophrenia as compared to normal controls. Social support of patients with schizophrenia was also found to be greatly lower than their normal controls. But they were no significant in patients with schizophrenia as compared to mood disorders. Conclusion Life events and deficient social support were significantly related to the patients with schizophrenia.
