前列腺穿刺活检380例病理诊断

目的 探讨直肠B超引导下穿刺活检诊断前列腺疾病的形态学标准。方法 对380例前列腺穿刺标本行常规病理学检查及部分免疫组化染色。结果 良性疾病297例，恶性肿瘤80例，良恶性无法鉴别者3例。结论 经直肠B超引导下前列腺穿刺活检能对前列腺疾病进行较为准确的病理诊断。

Pathological diagnosis of needle biopsies of prostatic diseases: a report of 380 cases

Objective To study the morphological diagnostic criteria of prostatic disease in needle biopsy. Methods 380 cases of prostatic needle biopsy were reviewed. Routine pathological examination and special immunohistochemical staining were used in the study. Results The benign diseases were diagnosed in 297 cases. The malignant neoplasms were diagnosed in 80 cases. Distinction between benign and malignancy was difficult in 3 cases Conclusion Pathological diagnosis of prostatic disease can be determined by using ultrasound guided automatic needle biopsy.
