摘    要:目的探讨胸腔积液生化测定中,增设腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、癌胚抗原(CEA)在胸腔积液性质鉴别中的临床应用价值。方法将115例胸腔积液患者,按临床诊断依据分为炎性组、结核组、恶性组,分别测定其胸水/血清的ADA和CEA含量。结果结核组胸水和血清中的ADA含量明显高于恶性组和炎性组,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。恶性组胸水及血清CEA含量明显高于结核组和炎性组,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论在检测中增加以上两个项目后,有助于临床医生对胸腔积液性质的鉴别,形成的原因及对相关部位疾病的诊断,为临床提供更科学、更有实际意义的实验室诊断依据。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of adding ADA and CEA in biochemistry examination of pleural effusion in differential diagnosis of hydrothorax quality.Methods 115 patients with pleural effusion were divided into inflammatory group,tuberculosis group and malignancy group,and the content of ADA and CEA in hydrothorax/serum of them was detected respectively.Results The content of ADA in hydrothorax and serum in tuberculosis group was obvious higher than in inflammatory group and malignancy group,and the difference was statistical significance(P0.01).The content of CEA in hydrothorax and serum in malignancy group was obvious higher than in inflammatory group and tuberculosis group,and the difference was statistical significance.(P0.01)Conclusion Adding ADA and CEA in biochemistry examination of pleural effusion can help to differentiate the hydrothorax quality,and to offer a scientific laboratory support.
