500条下肢深静脉造影及临床意义

４６２例（５００条病肢）顺行和逆行造影，发现原发性深静脉瓣膜功能不全２６４条（５２．８％），深静脉血检形成后遗症１３１条（２６．２％），单纯性大隐静脉曲张７８条（１５．６％），其它病变占２７条（５．４％）。同时发现，双股静脉７条肢体，双大隐静脉８条肢体。并就下肢深静脉造影临床意义进行了探讨。

Venography of 500 Lower Limbs and Its Significance

Venographic findings of 500 diseased limbs in 462 patients showed 264 limbs (52.8%) with primary valvular incompetence of deep veins ;131 (26.2%) with postthrombotic syndrome;78 (15.6%)with simple great saphenous varicosity ;and 27 (5.4%) with other diseases such as Klippel Trenaunay Syndrome, Congenital defects of deep vein or valves etc. Double femoral veins were found in 7 limbs and double great saphenous veins in 8 limbs. The clinical significance of venography of lower limbs has been discussed.
