丹参GAP实施中的质量监控

目的：通过对丹参生产全过程的各个环节实施质量监控,以确保药材质量。方法：在科研试验的基础上,制定出丹参生产的生态环境、种质种子、肥料农药使用和丹参质量标准及基地选择、良种繁育、种子田管理、育苗种植、田间管理、肥料使用、病虫害防治、采收加工和包装储运等标准操作规程(SOP),并严格按SOP进行操作,按控制标准进行全过程质量监控。结果：丹参有效成分相对稳定,而且可以控制重金属和农药残留含量,使产品符合《中国药典》和外经贸部绿色药用植物行业标准。结论：通过天士力丹参GAP基地建设的实践表明,按照GAP标准进行全程质量监控,不仅可以使药材有效成分相对稳定,而且可以控制重金属和农药残留量,使产品符合国家相关标准：完全可以达到保证药材质量及“优质、安全、稳定、可控”之目标。

Quality Control of Radix Salviae Milti Orrhizae in Implementation of GAP

Objective: To guarantee the quality of Radix Salviae Milti orrhizae by the way of quality control of the whole production process of this medicinal plant. Method: To draw up, on the basis of scientific experiments, both the standards of ecological environment, germplasm seeds, the application of fertilizers and pesticides and the quality of this plant in its production, and the standard operation procedures (SOP) for the selection of cultivation bases, the breeding of im-proved seeds, the management of seed breeding field, the application of fertilizers, the prevention and control of pest and insect diseases, the collection and processing and the packaging and trasportation of it. And all these procedures should be strictly done according to SOP and the quality of the whole process be put under control by established standards. Result: The effective components of this medicinal plant are relatively stable and the contents of heavy metals and pestcide residues in it can be controlled so that its products are able to fit in with the rules of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the professional standards for green medicinal plants issued by the Ministry of Foreign Economics and Trade. Conclusion: The practice in the construction of Tasley GAP Bases for the cultivation of Radix Salviae Milti orrhizae shows that not only the effective components of this medicinal plant can be kept relatively stable, but the contents of heavy metals and the pesticide residues in it be controlled also when the quality of the whole production process are under control in accordance with CAP standards. As the result, its products can be able to accord with the relevant stardards of the government and their quality can be fully guaranteed and their objectives of "excellent quality, safety, stability and controllability" be attained.
