| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺抗衰老方面的作用.方法:针刺老年大鼠的"足三里"、"关元"穴1],观察对心、肾组织中一氧化氮(NO)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、脂褐质(LIP)变化的影响.采用考马斯亮兰测定法测定心、肾组织中蛋白含量,应用化学比色法测定组织中NO、GSH-PX、LIP含量.结果:针刺能调节心、肾组织中NO的含量,提高心、肾组织中抗氧化能力,使GSH-PX的含量增高,降低心、肾组织中LIP的含量.结论:针刺能起到抗氧化作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the mechanism of acupuncture in anti-aging effect.This experiment explained effect on Nitric Oxide.glutathione peroxidase and LIP in heart,kidney tissues of the aged rats by acupuncturing.Methods:NO content,GSH-PX activity,Lipofuscin content was determed by chemical colorimetric method.Results:After acupuncturing,NO content remarkably increased in heart,kidney tissues,GSH-PX activity remarkably was raised in heart,kidney tissues,LIP content remarkably decreased in heart,kidney tissues.Conclusion:To acupuncture"Zu San Li"and "Guan Yuan"point had a renarkable effect on antioxidase. |
