手术治疗儿童鼾症不同麻醉方式56例分析

目的探讨手术治疗儿童鼾症不同麻醉方式的优缺点。方法对符合无麻标准的8例患儿扁桃体挤切术在无麻下进行;对表现符合局部麻醉标准的6例单纯扁桃体Ⅱ度或Ⅲ度肥大患儿扁桃体挤切术、8例单纯腺样体肥大患儿腺样体刮除术均采用局部麻醉;对符合全身麻醉标准的34例患儿,手术在全身麻醉下进行。结果三种不同麻醉方式下摘除扁桃体、腺样体,术后全身应用抗感染、止血药物,住院1～3d后,睡眠不安、打鼾憋气、张口呼吸等症状明显改善。结论三种不同麻醉方式各有优缺点,应针对具体情况选择合适的麻醉方式。

The analysis of different anaesthesia used by surgery therapy to 56 cases of enfant with obstruction sleep apnea syndrome

Objective To discuss the advantage and disadvantage of different anaesthesia used in surgical therapy to obstruction sleep apnea syndrome of enfant.Methods In course of doing tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy for 56 cases of enfant with obstruction sleep apnea syndrome,different anaesthesia such as exterior anaesthesia,local anaesthesia or general anaesthesia were used in different situations.Results Eight cases of enfant with obstruction sleep apnea syndrome were done tonsillectomy successfully with exterior anaesthesia;14 cases(8 cases of enfant with simple adenoidal hypertrophy,6 cases with simple tonsillar hypertrophy)were done tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy successfully with local anaesthesia;34 cases were done tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy successfully with general anaesthesia.Conclusions In different situations different anaesthesia such as exterior anaesthesia,local anaesthesia or general anaesthesia should be chose because every anaesthesia has its advantage and disadvantage.
