59例冠状动脉造影的临床分析

目的　分析临床诊断冠心病患者冠状动脉造影 (CAG)的特点。方法　对 5 9例临床诊断冠心病患者 ,穿刺右侧股动脉按Judkins法行选择性冠状动脉造影 ,多角度摄片 ,采用目测直径法 ,血管狭窄≥ 5 0 %为CAG阳性[1] 。结果　 5 9例病人CAG阳性 39例占 6 6 .1% ,男性 39例中阳性 31例占 79 5 % ,女性 2 0例中阳性 8例占 4 0 %。结论　CAG为显示冠状动脉解剖及病变特征的重要方法 ,表明临床诊断冠心病与CAG阳性率符合率较高 ,尤以男性患者为高。CAG检查阴性的患者 ,避免了不必要的治疗

Clinical analysis of 59 cases of coronary angiography

Objective To explore the characteristics of coronary angiography on patients wtih coronary heart disease.Methods 59 Patients underwent CAG.50% of the narrowness or more of coronary artery showed positive in CAG.The relationships between the results and the gender of patients as well as the risk factors of CHD were assessed .Results There were 39 patients with positive CAG ,and among whom 31 patients were male . Conclusion CAG is an important way to find coronary disease.There is highly positive rate in male patients as well as the patients with the risk factors of CHD.
