清宫汤协助药物流产的临床与实验研究

目的 :观察清宫汤协助药物流产 (药流 )的作用 ,并探讨其机制。方法 :将 36 0例药流者随机分成单纯药流组 (不用其他任何中西药 )、催产素组 (待孕囊排出后用催产素 )、清宫汤组 (在药流当天服清宫汤 ) ,临床观察 3组出血情况 ,并进行动物实验。结果 :流产效果 :清宫汤组不全流产率明显低于单纯药流组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;阴道出血疗效 :清宫汤组显效率及总有效率明显高于另两组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;阴道出血量 :清宫汤组出血量少者明显多于单纯药流组 (P <0 .0 5 )。动物实验证实 ,清宫汤能增强动情小鼠体外子宫平滑肌的收缩功能 ,增加收缩频率和活动力 ,并能减轻小鼠耳郭肿胀及抑制冰醋酸所致的腹腔血管通透性增高 ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 :清宫汤可配合药流提高流产效果 ,减少不全流产 ,缩短出血时间 ,减少出血量 ,安全有效

Clinical and Experimental Studies on Assisted Application of Qinggong Decoction in Drug-induced Artificial Abortion Technique

Objective:To observe the thereapeutic effects of Ginggong Decoction in the drug induced artificial abortion technique,and explore the mechanism.Method:Three hundred and sixty cases of abortion applicants were randomly divided into simply drug induced abortion group(without any additional medication),syntocinon group(giving syntocinon after the discharging of embryos)and Qinggong Decoction group(simultaneous administration of Qinggong Decoction).The amount and duration of vaginal bleeding in 3 experimental groups were observed.Meanwhile the animal experiment on the pharmaceutical effects of Qinggong Decoction was also carried out.Result:The abortion efficiency in Qinggong Decoction group was significantly improved.Compared with simply drug induced abortion group and syntocinon group,the uncompleted abortion rate in Qinggong Decoction group was evidently decreased(P<0.05),the postpartum bleeding period was remarkably shortened(P<0.05),the blood amount from the vagina was obviously reduced(P<0.01).The animal experiment showed that the Qinggong Decoction could enhance the constructing frequency and activity of the uterus smooth muscle in estrogenic mice in vitro.Furthermore it could reduce the ear swelling degree and capillary permeability of the abdominal cavity in experimental mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The assisted application of Qinggong Decoction in the drug induced artificial abortion technique is more effective and safer in view of its decreasing the uncompleted abortion rate,shortening the postpartum bleeding period and reducing the amount from the vagina.
