| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小肠营养管在老年人急性脑血管意外营养支持中的应用效果。方法将80例急性脑血管意外患者随机分为实验组(40例)和对照组(40例)。实验组采取内镜经鼻安置小肠营养管法补充营养物质;对照组采取胃管鼻饲补充营养要素,其它护理方法相同。结果干预后2组患者比较,在营养状态、血清免疫指标、并发症发生情况、疾病康复情况等方面均有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论小肠营养管在老年人急性脑血管意外营养支持中效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
