摘    要:研究了挥发性有机化合物 (VOCs)接触量的监测指标。采用热解吸毛细管气相色谱法测定环境中和呼出气中VOCs ;采用了固相微萃取 -气相色谱法测定血中VOCs。实验结果表明 :接触组人群所暴露的环境空气中、呼出气中以及血中VOCs浓度均高于对照组。结果提示 ,血中的VOCs特异、敏感 ,是评价个体接触VOCs较好的指标

Abstract:In order to study the monitoring index of individual exposure dose of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in environment, the thermal desorption capilla ry gas chromatographic (TD-GC)analysis was used to examine the VOCs level in air and the expired breath of female workers. Headspace solid phase micro-extra ction gas chromatography (SPME-GC)was applied to determine the blood concentr ation of VOCs in female workers. The results from epidemiological study showed c learly that concentration of 10 subtypes of VOCs in blood, environmental air and expired breath from exposure group were higher than those from control group. T he findings from the study suggested that the blood concentration of VOCs was se nsitive and specific and this index might be one of good indexes in assessment o f individual exposure dose of VOCs.
