| 摘 要： | 垂体肿瘤转化基因 (PTTG)的高表达在促进细胞增殖、转化及肿瘤发生中具有十分重要的作用 ,c myc在调节DAN合成、细胞凋亡及分化中起重要的作用。研究表明 ,PTTG和c myc的过度表达参与了肿瘤的发生和发展 ,是导致细胞恶性转化的重要因素

| Abstract: | Extensive expression of pituitary tumor transforming gene ( PTTG) plays an important role in enhancing the cells growth,transforming and tumor formation.C-myc is also important in regulating the formation of DNA,the death and separation of cells.A series of research indicate that the overexpressions of PTTG and C-myc partucipate in the occurrence and development of tumors,PTTG and C-myc are the important factors which conduct malignant transforming in cells. |
