| 摘 要： | 目的 力求探明丹参对缺血性心肌损伤凋亡过程的影响,并对缺血再灌注的心肌细胞凋亡是否产生保护作用。方法 将18只新西兰白兔分成假手术组、丹参治疗组、对照组,每组织6只。按心肌缺血再灌注的模型,分别取再灌注部位心肌标本,切片后用TUNEL法检测心肌细胞凋亡的情况,计算心肌细胞凋亡阳性指数(AI)并作统计学分析。结果 3组凋亡细胞数量变化及AI有明显差异,对照组、治疗组与假手术组相比,P<0.01,治疗组与对照组相比,P<0.05。结论 丹参注射液能使缺血再灌注后的心肌凋亡细胞数明显减少,提示丹参可通过显著抑制心肌细胞坏死性损伤及心肌细胞凋亡的发生,保护缺血再灌注的心肌细胞。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the protective effects of RSME on myocardial apoptosis in the lesion of ischemia-reinfusion( LIR). Methods 18 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:pseudo-surgery group,RSME-treated LIR group and control LIR group. The specimens of myocardial tissue were examined for myocardial apoptosis using TUNEL method and the apoptotic index (AI) were calculated. Results The significant differences of quantities of myocardial apoptotic cells and AI were found between the pseudo-surgery group and LIR groups(P<0. 01) ,and between the RSME-treated LIR group and control LIR group(P<0. 05). Conclusion The RSME can inhibite the injury of myocardium and reduce the quantities of myocardial apoptotic cells and AI induced by the lesion of ischemia-reinfusion. |
