股骨假体周围骨折的治疗

目的 探讨股骨假体周围发生骨折的治疗方法。方法 11例股骨假体周围骨折患者，男4例，女7例；年龄47～77岁，平均62．3岁。分别进行非手术治疗或切开复位内固定、翻修假体以及各种植骨治疗。结果 9例骨折均获得愈合，髋关节功能均得到改善，2例患者出现骨不连。结论 应注重对假体周围骨折的预防；治疗上应根据患者的一般状况、骨折类型、假体是否松动以及局部骨质有无缺损现象来综合考虑。

Treatment of periprosthetic femur fractures

Objective To discuss the treatment methods for periprosthetic femur fractures. Methods There were 11 cases (four males and seven females, mean age of 62.3 years) with periprosthetic femur fractures, which were treated with non operative treatment, open reduction and internal fixation, revision of total hip arthroplasty and various grafts. Results Fracture healing achieved in nine cases with improved hip function but and bone non-union in two. Conclusions We must attach great importance to prevention of the periprosthetic femur fractures. As for the treatment, an integrated consideration is needed in regard of many factors including the patient's general status, the fracture types, the implant stability as well as whether there exist bone defects.
