超声乳化人工晶状体植入治疗原发闭角青光眼

目的　探讨晶状体超声乳化吸出联合后房人工晶状体植入术 ,治疗白内障合并原发性闭角型青光眼的疗效。方法　 2 0 0 1年 3月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月本院收治白内障合并原发性闭角型青光眼 2 7例。术前控制眼压 ,经视力检查、前房角镜和裂隙灯显微镜等检查后 ,均单独采用晶状体超声乳化吸出联合后房人工晶状体植入。结果　术后随访 6～ 18月。视力均较术前提高 ,视力 >0 .5者占 5 1 9%。 2 2例术后眼压 <18mmHg( 1mmHg =0 .13 3kPa) ,另 5例用一种降眼压药物眼压控制在 18mmHg以下。结论　超声乳化后房人工晶状体植入可有效地治疗合并白内障的原发性闭角型青光眼

The clinical study of phacoemulsification for angle-closure glaucoma with cataract

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lens (PC_IOL) implantation in the management of angle_closure glaucoma combined cataract.Methods Phacoemulsification and PC_IOL implantation was performed on 27 cases (27 eyes) with primary angle_closure glaucoma combined cataract.Results The postoperative follow_up was 6-18 months.The visual acuity improved in all patients and more than 51.9%>0.5.Postoperative IOP was less than 18 mmHg in 22 eyes without using any antiglau_coma agents.IOP in 5 cases was less than 18 mmHg and may be effectively controlled by one kind of antiglau_coma medications.Conclusion Phacoemulsification and PC_IOL implantation is an effective treatment method for angle-closure glaucoma combined cataract.
