Abstract: | Antigens are usually poorly immunogenic when administered orally or intranasally and a variety of approaches have been designed to overcome this problem. Recently, the progress of six projects involving 24 laboratories funded by the ‘Human and Veterinary Vaccines’ section of the EC-Biotechnology programme were discussed at a meeting in Luxembourg. |
