聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变194例临床分析

目的探讨聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变的可行性和安全性。方法对194例外阴白色病变患者采用聚焦超声治疗并进行随访,观察治疗后患者的症状变化,并分析其疗效。结果194例患者治疗后,症状均有明显改善。不同病理类型外阴白色病变的治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),鳞状细胞增生型患者101例,聚焦超声治疗总有效率为91.1%,痊愈率为61.4%;硬化苔癣型患者78例,聚焦超声治疗总有效率为91.0%,痊愈率为57.7%;混合型患者15例,聚焦超声治疗总有效率为86.9%,痊愈率为53.3%。不同病程患者聚焦超声治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变是一种无创的、行之有效的新方法。

Clinical study of leukoplakia vulvae after treat with focused ultrasound

Objective To explore the feasibility and efficacy of focused ultrasound in the treatment of leukoplakia vulvae.Methods 194 patients with leukoplakia vulvae were treated with focused ultrasound.The patients were followed up after the treatment,and symptom was observed and the efficacy was evaluated.Results The efficacy of leukoplakia vulvae of squamous hyperplasia(SH),lichen sclerosus(LS) and mixed dystrophy(MS) had no obvious difference(P>0.05).The efficacy rates of SH,LS and MS were 91.1%,91.0% and 86.9%,respectively.The cure rates of SH,LS and MS were 61.4%,57.7% and 53.3%,respectively.The efficacyin different courses of patients had obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused ultrasound is a noninvasive and highly effective instrument in the treatment of leukoplakia vulvae.
