DR成像技术在严重急性呼吸综合征病人临床诊治过程中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨DR成像技术在SARS病人临床诊治方面的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析、总结我院10例SARS病人诊治过程中DR技术的应用方法及其胸部表现。结果 SARS病人胸片表现为两肺纹理明显增重,一侧或双侧肺内磨玻璃样改变有或没有实变影并存,病灶有以双下肺受累明显并向上蔓延的趋势,类似火焰上升的态势,病变一般发展迅速。在病人摄片及后处理过程中主要应用的DR成像技术有窗宽、窗位调整、反白技术、局部放大等。多项DR成像技术的应用可以最大限度地提高摄片成功率,并能极大程度地保障胸片质量,为临床SARS病人诊治提供尽可能多的所需信息,同时又可以尽量减少影像科人员与非典病人的接触,降低了交叉感染的几率,保护医务人员。结论 DR成像技术在SARS病人诊治过程中具有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of clinical application of DR technology in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).Methods DR technology and imaging features in 10 patients with SARS were analyzed and summaried retrospectively.Results DR common findings of the patients included ground-glass opacification,sometimes with consolidation.The lesions tended to affect the lower lung zones first and progress quickly.The DR technology that were applied included : changes of the level of window and window width,reversion of black and white,zoom,et al.Conclusion Common DR features of SARS are ground-glass opacification and initially lower lobe distribution,but are lack of diagnostic characteristic.The clinical value of DR technology in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is high.
