肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合高能聚焦超声治疗肝肿瘤的理论基础与临床应用

肝癌是人类最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,中晚期肝癌或合并门脉癌栓的患者预后极差,多种方法的综合治疗是其首选的治疗方法。目前,越来越多的微创治疗手段用于肝癌的治疗,肝动脉化疗栓塞术、高强度聚焦超声治疗是其中主要的治疗方法之一。肝动脉化疗栓塞术、联合高强度聚焦超声治疗治疗肝癌有一定的理论基础,各种研究表明二者结合应用具有疗效协同作用而不良反应无明显提高,临床上应用安全、有效的特点,二者联合治疗有望成为部分肝癌患者新的治疗模式。

Clinical Application and Rationale of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound combined with Transcatheter Hepatic Arterial Chemoembolization

Hepatoma is one of the most frequently malignant tumors in human being,the prognosis of advanced stage liver cancer and which combined with veins epistomium is fairly worst.Combined therapy is the first choice.Nowadays,more and more minimally invasive treatments of primary liver cancer are used,transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization( TACE) and high intensity focus ultrasound( HIFU) are the most important ones.There are some base theories on HIFU combined with TACE,various kinds of researches indicated that it has joint action on therapeutic effect,and adverse reaction do not raise.HIFU combined with TACE may be a new model of treatment for some primary liver cancer.
