摘    要:对放置串铜394(SCu394)宫内节育器(IUD)、TCu220cIUD后的恒河猴和人的子宫膜进行光镜和电镜观察。结果表明:SCu394IUD组子宫内膜主要病理变化是间质炎性反应,微血管扩张,血管内皮细胞变性,基底膜稀疏,红细胞漏出,子宫腔上皮缺损,微绒毛减少、断裂。以子宫异常出血者变性最明显。与TCu220cIUD比较,结果类似。

Abstract:The endometria of rhesus monkeys and women after wearing (SCu394) IUD and TCu220c were examined under light and electron microscope. The results indicated that the endometrial morphological changes in SCu394 group were mainly inflammatory responses in the stroma, dilatation of endometrial microvascularity,vasal endotheliocyte degeneration, basal membrane sparse, leakage of red blood cells from the vessels, defect of endometrial epithelium, microvilli decreased and broken, which were more obvious in abnormal bleeding women. However, these results were of no significant difference when compared with those in TCu220c group.
