转型期基层医院生存与发展研究（三）——基层医院生存与发展特征分析

本文以事实和数据为基础对基层医院的生存状况和发展趋势进行分析。主要发现如下：①基层医院目前的生存状况还相对较差，技术落后、医疗设备差、医护配比不合理、科研能力弱；②基层医院近几年发展迅速，医疗设备投入迅猛增长，人员结构优化速度快、力度强，为基层医院改变不佳的生存现状提供了支持；③单纯的财政补贴并不能使医院满意，对基层医院软性环境方面的支持至关重要。

Survival and Development of the Grassroots Hospitals during the Transformation Period-Characteristic Analysis of the Grassroots Hospitals' Survival and Development

Based on the facts and data,the research analyzes the survival and development states of the grassroots hospitals.Main findings are as follows：① The current survival state of grassroots hospitals are relatively poor,such as backward technology and medical equipments,irrational proportion of doctors and nurses as well as weak ability in scientific research;② Grassroots hospitals developed rapidly in recent years,such as rapid growth in the input to medical equipments and significant staff structure optimization,which supported grassroots hospitals on changing their poor survival states;③ Financial subsidies alone will not satisfy grassroots hospitals,support to grassroots hospitals on soft environment is crucial.
