| 摘 要： | 原卟啉钠系从健康动物(牛、猪)血液中取得的水溶性钠盐。口服原卟啉钠(下称原卟啉组)20mg,tid,治疗100例胆道疾病,以≥3mo(月)为一个疗程。显效率39％,好转率52％,总有效率91％。与目前常用中成药金胆片(下称金胆组)70例作比较,总有效率80％。经统计学处理,两者相差不显著,但可与金胆片媲美。

| Abstract: | Sodium protoporphyrin(SP),a water-soluble salt extracted from blood of healthy animal(cow,pig), was given 20 mg tid to 100 patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis,3 months or longer as a course.The total effective rate was 91% (excellent 39%,improved 52%). The effective rate in 70 control patients treated with Jin Dan pill(JD),a Chinese traditional patent medicine,was 80%.No adverse reactions were seen. Although the difference between 91% and 80% was nonsignificant by ridit analysis, we prefer SP to JD for treatment of biliary tract diseases. |
