| 摘 要： | 采用CMIAS真彩色病理图象分析系统，对62例大肠良、恶性肿瘤细胞核DNA含量进行定量研究。结果显示：非肿瘤性息肉核DNA含量接近正常粘膜，腺瘤、腺癌DNA含量明显高于正常粘膜，统计学处理P＜0．05。腺癌各组织学类型中，分化程度高低的不同，其细胞核DNA含量亦不同，组间有显著差异性（P＜0．05）。研究提示：大肠肿瘤组织细胞核DNA含量的测定有助于进一步了解大肠肿瘤组织的增殖活性和分化程度。

| Abstract: | DNA contents of 49 cases of colorectal carcinomas, including 8 adenomas and 5 non-neoplastic polyps were assaied quantitatively by Imagine analysis system. The results showed that the DNA contents of non-neoplastic polyps were similar to that of normal mucosas.The DNA contents of adenomas and carcinomas, However, were much higher than that of normal mucosas and non-neoplastic polyps. (p<0. 05) also DNA contents of carcinomas were higher than that of adenomas(p<0. 05).In histologic type of carcinomas, The DNA contents of poor diffrential type was significantly higher than that of high diffrential type(p<0. 05).It is suggested that, The measurement of DNA content can provid a method to asses the feature of differentiation of Human Large Bowel Tumor. |
