| 摘 要： | 目的:观察术前访视对骨科手术患者的效果。方法:将符合条件的100例患者随机分为访视组和对照组,测定其术前、术后的焦虑值,术中对麻醉及手术体位配合度及对手术室护理满意度等指标。结果:通过术前访视,降低了患者焦虑值,增强了手术信心,主动配合麻醉及手术的进行,提高了对手术室护理的满意度。结论:术前访视在以患者为中心的整体护理过程中起着重要作用。
