| 摘 要： | 本人对20例冠心病患者体外反搏治疗前后血液流变学的改变进行了现察。结果表明,反搏治疗后全血还原粘度,血浆粘度以及血沉方程 K 值均有不同程度的下降,其中以全血还原粘度低切变率下降极为显著,提示体外反搏治疗不仅增加心肌供血而且能降低血液粘度,对改善微循环,提高组织灌注,调节全身血液循环有重要作用,是预防和治疗冠心病的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | The changes in hemorrheology were observed in 20 patients with coronary heart disease before and after external counterpulsation.The results showed that the viscosity of whole blood reduction,plasma viscosity and the K value of sedimentation rate equation decreased in varying degree after external counterpulsation,in which the low shear ratio of whole blood reducting viscosity was significant declined,suggesting that the treatment of external counterpulsation na only increases myocardium blood supply,but also decreases the blood viscosity.It plays an important role in improving microcireuiation,raising tissue perfusion and regulating systemc blood circulation.The external counterpulsation is the of effective ways in the prevention and the treatment of coronary heart disease. |
