特发性面神经麻痹的综合治疗

目的观察星状神经节联合面神经阻滞治疗特发性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法选择特发性面神经麻痹患者100例，采用星状神经节、面神经联合阻滞，同时配合药物口服治疗。根据患者治疗前后的症状、体征综合评定治疗效果。结果治疗1个疗程后患者的症状、体征有较明显的改善，其中痊愈96例，有效4例，总有效率100％。结论以星状神经节、面神经联合阻滞配合口服药物治疗特发性面神经麻痹可缩短病程，加快康复。

Comprehensive treatment of idiopathic facial palsy

Objective To observe the effect of facial nerve block combined with stellate gangli on blocks on the patients with idiopathic facial palsy. Methods One hundred patients with idiopathic facial palsy were treated by facial nerve and stellate ganglion blocks combined with oral medication. The effect was assessed by patients＇ symptoms and signs before and after the treatment. Results The effects were significant after a course of the treatment. Ninety-six patients were fully recovered, four patients were effective, and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Facial nerve and stellate ganglion blocks combined with oral medication is significant effective in the treatment of idio- pathic facial palsy.
