Abstract:The views and managerial methods of hospital managers are key to hospital survival; the conditions of hospital working environment and relationship between managers and general workers are essential to hospital development. Sticking to the people-oriented excellence management concept has its realistic meaning for defending workers' vital interests, realizing workers' social value and promoting hospital development.
