目标监测法对ICU感染控制的效果

目的 分析重症监护病房（ICU）感染控制中应用目标监测法的临床价值。方法 选取2018年1月~12月入住我院ICU 134例患者设为观察组，将2017年1月~12月入住ICU的126例设为对照组。观察组采取目标监测法管理方式，对照组采取常规感染管理方式，比较两组ICU感染率及ICU入住时间、费用。结果 观察组总感染率为7.46%，低于对照组的15.87%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组ICU入住时间为（5.26±0.87）d，短于对照组的（7.15±1.38）d；观察组住院费用为（2.51±0.62）万元，低于对照组的（2.02±0.54）万元，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 ICU感染控制中应用目标监测法可有效降低感染率、缩短患者ICU入住时间，减轻患者经济负担。

Effect of Target Monitoring Method on ICU Infection Control

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of target monitoring in the control of infection in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods From January to December 2018, 134 patients admitted to the ICU of our hospital were selected as observation group. 126 patients who were admitted to the ICU from January to December 2017 were set as the control group. The observation group adopted the target monitoring method management method, and the control group adopted the routine infection management method to compare the ICU infection rate and the ICU stay time and cost. Results The total infection rate of the observation group was 7.46%, which was lower than that of the control group 15.87%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The ICU staying time of the observation group was (5.26±0.87)d, which was shorter than that of the control group (7.15±1.38)d. The hospitalization cost of the observation group was (2.51±0.62) million, which was lower than that of the control group (2.02±0.54)million,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of target monitoring method in ICU infection control can effectively reduce the infection rate, shorten the ICU stay time, and reduce the economic burden of patients.
