尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床效果

目的 探讨尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死患者中的临床效果。方法 选择2017年11月~2018年11月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者80例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各40例。两组均给予常规方法治疗，对照组采用依达拉奉治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用尤瑞克林治疗，比较两组临床疗效、C-反应蛋白与神经功能缺损程度评分。结果 观察组总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的85.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组C-反应蛋白与神经功能缺损程度评分均低于对照组[（8.92±0.84）mg/dl vs（12.36±1.25）mg/dl，（4.61±0.92）分vs（9.63±1.64）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死患者疗效显著，可促进神经功能恢复，改善预后，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical Effect of Ureklin in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Ureklin in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 40 cases each. The two groups were treated with conventional methods. The control group was treated with edaravone. The observation group was treated with Ureklin on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, C-reactive protein and neurological deficit scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than that of the control group 85.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the C-reactive protein and neurological deficit scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [(8.92±0.84) mg/dl vs (12.36±1.25) mg/dl, (4.61±0.92) scores vs(9.63±1.64) scores, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ureklin is effective in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, which can promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the prognosis. It has high clinical value.
