2014-2018年我国移动护理应用研究文献计量分析

目的 通过文献计量分析,了解我国移动护理应用研究现状及热点分析。方法 通过万方、知网数据库检索2014—2018年我国移动护理相关文章,对纳入文献进行内容分析并使用bicomb软件和gCLUTO 1.0软件对关键词进行词频分析和双向聚类分析。结果 共纳入786篇期刊文献,获得高频关键词29个,聚类效果最集中的是辅助护理教学、延续性护理、社区人群健康教育及临床护理工作中的应用。结论 移动护理在辅助护理教学、延续性护理、人群健康教育及临床护理工作中的应用是我国移动护理应用研究的研究热点;提高研究外部效度、整合计算机语言与护理专业语言、发展移动模式下护理实践理论是今后移动护理领域亟需关注的问题。

Bibliometric Analysis of Hotspots in Research on Mobile Nursing Application in China

Objective To analyze current studies on and hotspots of mobile nursing application research in China. Methods We retrieved articles on mobile nursing application in the recent 5 years from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang database. Content analysis on the included literature was conducted. Bicomb software was used to analyze the frequency of keywords and gCLUTO 1.0 software for bi-clustering analysis. Results Totally 786 articles were included, and 29 high-frequency keywords were obtained. Articles on mobile nursing application concentrated on applications in assisted nursing teaching, extended nursing, population health education and clinical nursing work. Conclusion The research hotspots are applications of mobile nursing in assisted nursing teaching, extended nursing, population health education and clinical nursing work. The improvement of external validity of research, integration with computer language and nursing language, and development of nursing practice theory are urgent problems in the field of mobile nursing.
