防痨宣教及健康教育干预在结核病患者治疗管理中的作用

目的 探讨在结核病治疗管理中运用防痨宣教及健康教育干预的作用。方法 选取2017年3月~2018年3月我中心收治的150例结核病患者，按照随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组，各75例，均予以患者防痨宣教，试验组额外增加健康教育干预，比较两组的防治知识掌握程度、行为依从情况和临床治愈情况。结果 试验组患者对疾病基本知识、居家消毒知识、用药知识、日常注意要点等健康防治知识的评分均高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组临床治愈率为93.33%，高于参照组的82.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 应用防痨宣教及健康教育可提升患者对结核病相关健康知识的掌握程度，且有助于规范患者治疗行为，提升患者治愈效果。

The Role of Flood Prevention Education and Health Education Intervention in the Treatment Management of Tuberculosis Patients

Objective To explore the role of anti-mite missions and health education interventions in the management of tuberculosis. Methods A total of 150 patients with tuberculosis admitted to our center from March 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number table,in each of the 75 cases, the patients were given anti-mite education, and the experimental group added additional health education interventions to compare the mastery of prevention knowledge, behavioral compliance and clinical cure. Results In the experimental group, the scores of the basic knowledge of disease, home disinfection knowledge, medication knowledge, daily attention points and other health prevention knowledge were higher than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the clinical cure rate of the test group was 93.33%,which was higher than 82.67% of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of flood control education and health education can improve the mastery of tuberculosis-related health knowledge, and help to standardize patients' treatment behavior and improve patient healing.
