阴道分泌物支原体培养和药敏分析

摘    要:目的 分析阴道分泌物支原体培养和药敏试验结果,为临床合理使用抗生素提供科学依据。方法 回顾分析2019年1月~4月在我院就诊的246例妇科疾病患者临床资料,对其阴道分泌物进行支原体培养及药敏试验,比较支原体Uu、Mh、Uu+Mh 感染情况,敏感率及耐药率。结果 246份阴道分泌物标本中,检出支原体78例,支原体感染率为31.70%;其中Uu感染最高(52.66%),其余依次为Uu+Mh、Mh;药敏试验结果显示Uu耐药率由高到低依次为环丙沙星、壮观霉素、氧氟沙星;较敏感依次为克拉霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素、交沙霉素。Uu+Mh:耐药较高的有环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、壮观霉素、阿奇霉素;较敏感的有强力霉素、交沙霉素、美满霉素。Mh对克拉霉素、氧氟沙星、罗红霉素100.00%耐药,对阿奇霉素、强力霉素、交沙霉素、美满霉素、壮观霉素100.00%敏感;Uu、Mh、Uu+Mh 三种类型的感染对氧氟沙星、环丙沙星有较高耐药性,而对强力霉素、美满梅素、交沙霉素敏感性较高。结论 阴道分泌物支原体培养可以明确耐药性、敏感性,为临床合理应用抗菌药提供指导。同时分析药敏试验结果,为临床阴道炎药物治疗提供一定参考。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the results of vaginal secretion of mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility test, and provide scientific basis for clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods The clinical data of 246 patients with gynecological diseases who were treated in our hospital from January to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility test were performed on vaginal secretions. The infection status of Uu, Mh and Uu+Mh was compared. And the rate of resistance. Results Among 246 vaginal secretion samples, 78 cases of mycoplasma were detected, and the infection rate of mycoplasma was 31.70%; the highest Uu infection was (52.66%), and the others were Uu+Mh and Mh. The results showed that the UU resistance rate from high to low was ciprofloxacin , ofloxacin, spectinomycin, ofloxacin; the sensitivity was clarithromycin. Doxycycline, josamycin, and minocycline. UU+Mh: higher resistance to ciprofloxacin, spectinomycin, azithromycin; more sensitive with doxycycline, josamycin, minocycline. Mh is resistant to clarithromycin, ofloxacin, roxithromycin, sensitive to azithromycin, doxycycline, josamycin, minocycline, spectinomycin 100.00%; Uu, Mh, Uu+Mh three types of infections are more resistant to ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin, but more sensitive to doxycycline, minocycline, and josamycin.Conclusion Mycoplasma culture of vaginal secretions can identify drug resistance and sensitivity, and provide guidance for the rational application of antibacterial drugs. At the same time, the results of drug susceptibility test were analyzed to provide a reference for clinical vaginitis drug treatment.
