重点监控管理对中药注射剂使用的影响

目的 探讨重点监控管理对中药注射剂使用情况的影响。方法 通过HIS系统调取我院2015~2017年中药注射剂的销售数量、销售金额等数据，对DDDs、DDC、B/A值进行统计分析，比较重点监控前后中药注射剂的使用情况。结果 2015~2017年中药注射剂重点监控品种DDDs最高为注射用血栓通，最低为红花注射液，且重点监控后，中药注射剂各品种DDDs均低于重点监控前。中药注射剂重点监控品种DDC最高为注射用红花黄色素，最低为舒血宁注射液；B/A值结果显示，注射用血栓通、参麦注射液、红花注射液B/A值接近1，注射用红花黄色素、丹参川芎嗪注射液B/A值＜1。结论 通过重点监控管理可减少中药注射剂使用，促进临床合理用药。

The Impact of Key Monitoring and Management on the Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of key monitoring and management on the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.Methods Through the HIS system, the sales volume and sales amount of Chinese medicine injections from 2015 to 2017 were collected. The DDDs, DDC and B/A values were statistically analyzed, and the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections before and after the key monitoring was compared. Results From 2015 to 2017, the most important DDDs for traditional Chinese medicine injections were thrombus for injection, and the lowest was safflower injection. After the key monitoring, the DDDs of all kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections were lower than the key monitoring. The key monitoring product of traditional Chinese medicine injection DDC is the highest safflower yellow pigment for injection, the lowest is Shuxuening injection; the B/A value results show that the B/A value of injection thrombus, Shenmai injection and safflower injection is close to 1 for injection, safflower yellow pigment and Danshen ligustrazine injection B/A value <1.Conclusion Through the key monitoring and management, the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections can be reduced and clinical rational drug use can be promoted.
