| 摘 要： | 目的 探究冠状动脉粥样硬化患者外周血Th17细胞与IL-17水平变化的意义。方法 收集青岛阜外心血管病医院冠状动脉粥样硬化患者200例，根据疾病类型分为心肌梗死（AMI）组（52例）、不稳定型心绞痛（UA）组（68例）、稳定型心绞痛（SA）组（80例），另外选取同期200例体检者作为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测患者Th17细胞频率，ELISA法检测各组血清中IL-17、CRP表达水平。结果 流式细胞检测结果显示，与对照组比较，各组Th17细胞的频率表达均升高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且AMI组升高水平高于SA组和UA组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）； ELISA检测结果显示，与对照组比较，各组IL-17及CRP表达水平均升高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且AMI组升高水平高于SA组和UA组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 冠状动脉粥样硬化患者血中Th17及IL-17水平的升高，可能是导致冠状动脉粥样硬化患者板块不稳定的原因。

| Abstract: | Abstract:Objective To investigate the significance of changes in Th17 cells and IL-17 levels in peripheral blood of patients with coronary atherosclerosis. Methods A total of 200 patients with coronary atherosclerosis were enrolled in Qingdao Fuwai Cardiovascular Hospital. According to the disease type, they were divided into myocardial infarction (AMI) group (52 cases), unstable angina (UA) group (68 cases), stable angina pectoris. In the (SA) group (80 cases), another 200 physical examination subjects were selected as the control group. The frequency of Th17 cells was detected by flow cytometry. The expression levels of IL-17 and CRP in serum of each group were detected by ELISA. Results The results of flow cytometry showed that compared with the control group, the frequency of Th17 cells in each group increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the elevated level of AMI group was higher than that of SA group and UA group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The results of ELISA showed that compared with the control group, the expression levels of IL-17 and CRP increased in each group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the AMI group increased. The level was higher than that of SA group and UA group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The elevated levels of Th17 and IL-17 in patients with coronary atherosclerosis may be responsible for plate instability in patients with coronary atherosclerosis. |
