锁定钛板联合植骨手术治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床研究

目的 观察锁定钛板联合植骨手术治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法 选取2017年1月~2018年8月在我院接受治疗的股骨远端粉碎性骨折患者50例，随机分为试验组与对照组，各25例。试验组采用锁定钛板联合植骨手术治疗，对照组采用AO解剖钢板内固定手术治疗。比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组（92.00% vs 68.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间、不良反应发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 股骨远端粉碎性骨折患者行锁定钛板联合植骨手术，术中出血量少，患者恢复快，且术后不良少，手术效果好。

Clinical Study of Locking Titanium Plate Combined with Bone Grafting for the Treatment of Comminuted Fracture of the Distal Femur

Objective To observe the clinical effect of locking titanium plate combined with bone grafting in the treatment of comminuted fracture of the distal femur.Methods A total of 50 patients with comminuted distal femoral fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 25 cases each. The experimental group was treated with locking titanium plate combined with bone grafting, and the control group was treated with AO anatomical plate internal fixation. The intraoperative blood loss, operation time, fracture healing time, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment was higher in the observation group than in the control group (92.00% vs 68.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The intraoperative blood loss, operation time, fracture healing time and adverse reaction rate were observed in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with comminuted femoral fractures underwent locking titanium plate combined with bone grafting. The intraoperative blood loss is small, the patient recovers quickly, and the postoperative defect is less, and the operation effect is good.
