微信在围手术期的应用现状

微信为目前国内人们进行交流的最常用软件，微信公众平台和微信群可即时向特定人群发送信息、图片、语音和视频，使人与人之间的交流具有即时性和高度交互性。微信在围手术期宣教和管理中的应用取得良好效果:提高术前准备质量、提高围手术期知识掌握、降低手术取消率、提高手术和麻醉配合度、提高手术效果和术后康复效果、降低术后并发症的发生、改善患者不良情绪、提高术后随访率、改善医护患关系等。本文对微信在围手术期的应用进行综述，为其在围手术期推广应用提供依据。
