循证护理在预防人工髋关节置换术后合并深静脉血栓的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨人工髋关节置换术患者应用循证护理干预在预防深静脉血栓方面的效果。方法 选取2016年1月~2018年1月我院收治的86例髋关节置换术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用循证护理,对比两组患者深静脉血栓发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组深静脉血栓发生率(2.33%)低于对照组(20.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(97.67%)高于对照组(86.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 髋关节置换术患者应用循证护理,能够有效预防深静脉血栓发生,且患者满意度较高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty. Methods 86 patients with hip arthroplasty admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group used evidence-based nursing to compare the deep venous thrombosis and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group (2.33%) was lower than that in the control group (20.93%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (97.67%) was higher than that of the control group (86.05%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients undergoing hip arthroplasty can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis and has high patient satisfaction.
